Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter Sales professional to join our team at Binmile Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a Hunter Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients within the IT service and consulting sector, both at a domestic and international level. This role requires a self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized individual with a strong background in enterprise sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and industries for IT services and consulting.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and prospecting.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our IT services and consulting solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
3. International Sales:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand our global client base.
- Identify and address the unique challenges and opportunities of international markets.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
- Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities and threats.
5. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and business development in the IT service and consulting sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT services and consulting solutions.
- Experience in international sales, with a solid understanding of global markets and business cultures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Adept at market research and analysis.
