YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Definition
The purpose of the role is to manage the key strategic accounts for both Auto and Industrial additives biz with specialized focus & professional services provided to them, to support their business growth as well as the growth of Brenntag India. This would be a client facing, suppliers management & an individual contributor role.
Responsibility Deliverables (Key Result Areas KRAs)
Manage the service level agreement/ deliverables for the key strategic accounts and supplier relationship management.
Build & maintain good working relationships across levels/ functions of key accounts in order to ensure high customer satisfaction. Achieve the gross profit targets Liaise and manage key suppliers and negotiate the terms of the contract as per Brenntag’s standards. Responsible for bidding of RFQ, costing as well as proposal submission to the key accounts in India. Respond to RFQs & once commissioned, coordinate with various teams for on-time delivery of the consignment. Add new businesses/ new products within the key accounts in India. Collaborate with the regional and global key accounts team for local implementation of global/regional key account strategies if required. Tasks & Activities
Manage sales of key accounts with both Auto and Industrial sales Responsible to drive new sales growth of Industrial additives biz in India Participate in local RFQs from NOCs, plan for the materials, analyse the stock availability, if required place orders to the sourcing team & select the right supplier basis the cost benefit analysis. Send the proposal to the customers, negotiate and finalise the order with them. Attend the monthly review meeting with the customers, interact daily with their planning team about the existing orders and take the forecast for the next 6 months. Make the sales tracker for the key accounts on the 27th, for the next month and share with the reporting manager. Check the opportunity pipelines, analyse the existing order numbers, make the rolling forecast & discuss with the key customers about orders, delivery timelines & the expectations. Send the rolling forecast to the key customers by 25th of every month. Share the weekly pending order book with the customers, to understand the dispatch schedule. Liaise with different suppliers and arrange for the dispatch of samples of existing/new products to the customers. Shall be the lead person for fulfilling and surpassing the Service Level Agreements of customer. Promote/pitch new products to the existing customers for business growth. Attend meetings with the key customers to understand expectations and maintain good working relationships with them. Understand the quality complaints from the customers, fill up the corrective & preventive actions form and ensure compliance by the supply chain team.

YOUR PROFILE
Graduate from a reputed college/university. MBA/PGDBM in marketing from a reputed college/university. Minimum 7 years of experience in the sales or key accounts management function of global chemical manufacturing/distribution organizations or Lubricants sales experience . Global/regional exposure and prior experience in import/export costing would bedesirable Any graduate from a reputed college/university.
