· SM shall act a coordinator between Cluster
Head and Sales Executives/Team Leaders and shall also coordinate and monitor
Sales Representative and Team Leaders on CASA & Credit Card Performance on Daily/Weekly and
Monthly/Annual Basis.
· SM duties shall include assisting in month
on month, annual targets and help achieving corporate goals.
· Quality Sourcing by checking Sales
executives Applications and getting discrepancy removed there and then in order
to provide quality applications for processing.
· Devise Action plans to drive sales,
productivity, cross sell. Successful execution of strategies to achieve
Targets.
· Responsible for acquisition, growth of the
credit card business. Creating a strong compliant sales culture across the off -
role channel to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development.
· Handling appointment of Sales Representative and Team Leaders
along with Cluster Head, training & performance management of sales Agents
& Team Leaders and manage a team of off -roll sales employees and its
placements.
· Track Application from end to end, from dispatch till
decisioning.
· Shall be responsible for Open Market Sales and get the
business sourced through Sales Executive.
· Ensuring expansion of customer base for credit card & CASA within the Cluster, while keeping focus on sourcing
within assigned cost of acquisition, proper sourcing mix, paid premium CASA
accounts.
