Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Digital Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the digital marketing industry, with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in the digital marketing space.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for clients.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
12-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in the digital marketing industry.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
