Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, client acquisition, account management, and staffing solutions. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and developing strategic staffing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales activities for staffing and recruitment services.
  
• Identify, acquire, and manage new clients across various industries.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  
• Generate requirements for permanent, contract, and executive hiring services.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  
• Prepare and present staffing proposals, commercial agreements, and service offerings.
  
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
  
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  
• Meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands.
  
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Staffing Sales, Recruitment Services Sales, or Business Development.
  
• Strong network of clients and industry contacts.
  
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing staffing accounts.
  
• Experience in contract staffing, permanent staffing, RPO, or managed services.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and drive revenue growth.
  
• Experience working with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  
• MBA is an added advantage.
