Job Responsibilities
·Conduct rate negotiations with clients based on guidelines provided by supervisor and ensure mutual agreement on offered rates.
·Follow up with client post-delivery and signing of the rate letter.
·Review rates depending upon materialization and load rates through CRO if RFPs are accepted, or re-negotiate with hotels and resend the RFP for acceptance.
·Review the plan periodically to monitor the gap between budgets and actuals and take corrective action wherever required.
·Identify key hit and retention accounts and go on specified targeted calls to familiarize and acquire the same.
·Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience
·Adherence to Tata Values
·Hotel Management Degree/ Masters in Business Management/ Marketing
·Understanding of Taj & its Business, Competition, knowledge of Domestic/ International market, Industry trends etc. Cross functional/ knowledge of other functions, Analytical skills, Communication and Networking skills
·Financial (Timely Achievement of Revenue Targets Segment and Account-wise, Adherence to Budgets, Cost Savings)
·Operational (Media and social visibility and Accolades to the Hotel)
·Customer-Focused (Expansion of customer base)
·People Focused (Employee Attrition Percentage and Employee Satisfaction Score)
