Sales Manager India

We are hiring Sales Managers to drive the expansion of a global photovoltaic company in the Indian market. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with proven experience in PV module, solar material, or energy-storage sales and a strong record of independently developing customers and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Indian market for PV cells, modules, wafers, aluminum frames, and extrusions.
• Identify and acquire new customers across the Indian PV and renewable energy industry.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer engagement to negotiation and order closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct customer visits, business meetings, trade shows, and market development activities.
• Follow up on orders, payments, and long-term business opportunities.
• Develop market strategies to increase sales and market share.

Candidate Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in PV, solar modules, energy storage, or related material sales.
• Proven ability to independently develop customers and close high-value orders.
• Strong understanding of the Indian photovoltaic / renewable energy market.
• Excellent spoken English and business communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across India for business development.
• Existing customer relationships within the PV or energy-storage industry will be an advantage.
