Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager – IT Products to drive new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets for our IT solutions, including Zoho products and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and solutions.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations (primarily Zoho solutions) and follow up on proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong, long -term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to deliver solutions successfully.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product enhancements, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in IT product sales, SaaS sales, CRM/ERP sales, or similar technology products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Self -motivated, result -oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred:
- Experience in selling Zoho Products, CRM/ERP solutions, or SaaS platforms.
- Existing network or database of potential customers in SME or corporate sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
