Salary: Rs.40000 to Rs.50000 / Month

Srisattva Group is a growing technology partner, specializing in Zoho ERP, CRM, and Commerce solutions. We help businesses transform operations with customized IT solutions that bring clarity and scalability.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager – IT Products to drive new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets for our IT solutions, including Zoho products and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and solutions.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (primarily Zoho solutions) and follow up on proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong, long -term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to deliver solutions successfully.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product enhancements, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in IT product sales, SaaS sales, CRM/ERP sales, or similar technology products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Self -motivated, result -oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience in selling Zoho Products, CRM/ERP solutions, or SaaS platforms.
  • Existing network or database of potential customers in SME or corporate sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
