We are looking for SalesManager for an IT Infrastructure service provider company inMumbai. The candidate should be active and ready to work infield.

JobResponsibilities

• Communicate customers either face to face or over thephone.
• Gain an understanding of customersdiverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge tomeet them.
• Carry out coldcalling in order tocreate interest in products and services generate new businessleads and arrange meetings.
• Identify anddevelop new business through networking and followup courtesycalls.
• Meet sales targets set by managers andcontribute to team targets.
• Network withexisting customers in order to maintain links and promoteadditional products and upgrades.
• Maintainrelationships with clients by providing support information andguidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;recommending profit and service improvements.
• Recognize customer needs and provide insightsfor improving the product portfolio based on interactions with andfeedback from customers.
• Determines annualunit and grossprofit plans by implementing marketing strategies;and analyzing trends and results.
• Contributesto team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Creating a short and longterm sales plan withthe intention of achieving the given objectives
• Reviews and analyses sales and operationalrecords and reports; uses data to project sales determineprofitability and targets and identify potential new markets
• Payment followup.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relatedresults as needed.
• Work with internaldepartments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engageaudiences and clients more deeply
• Meet andexceed KPIs and sales targets
• Possess deepknowledge of business product offering and value proposition
• Follow organizational policies and regulationsthat affect the Sales department
• Proactivelypursue new business and sales opportunities
• Solve problems for clients and customers bydeveloping innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect companyvalues at all times

JobRequirements

• MBAMarketing.
• Prior of in sales IT Products willbe preferred.
• Dynamic fresher candidates willalso be considered.
• Preferred female candidatewho should be ready to go in field.
• Betweenage 2535.
• Selfmotivated and driven by targets.
• Strong communication skills including bothverbal and written.
• The ability to influenceand negotiate with others Commercial awareness.
