Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for lighting products in the Delhi & NCR
region.
Identify and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, electrical
consultants, builders, and project developers.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions to demonstrate the value and
application of lighting solutions.
Track project pipelines from design to execution and ensure product specification and
order finalization.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the
lighting space.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, deliveries, and after-sales support
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Required Qualifications & Experience:
5-8 Years of experience in Lighting Industry.
Experience in B2B or project sales in the lighting or electrical solutions industry.
Strong technical knowledge of lighting products, solutions, and applications
(indoor/outdoor, architectural, decorative, etc.).
Excellent relationships with the architect and interior design fraternity in Delhi NCR.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the region.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred.
Ability to handle luxury clients, complex design briefs, and solution-driven sales
