Job Description - Sales Manager - Lighting

Key Responsibilities:

 

 Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for lighting products in the Delhi & NCR

region.

 Identify and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, electrical

consultants, builders, and project developers.

 Conduct product presentations and technical discussions to demonstrate the value and

application of lighting solutions.

 Track project pipelines from design to execution and ensure product specification and

order finalization.

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the

lighting space.

 Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, deliveries, and after-sales support

 Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

 

 5-8 Years of experience in Lighting Industry.

 Experience in B2B or project sales in the lighting or electrical solutions industry.

 Strong technical knowledge of lighting products, solutions, and applications

(indoor/outdoor, architectural, decorative, etc.).

 Excellent relationships with the architect and interior design fraternity in Delhi NCR.

 Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the region.

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred.

 Ability to handle luxury clients, complex design briefs, and solution-driven sales
