Sales Manager - Pro Audio

• Own and drive revenue generation for the install sound segment in Bangalore and peripheral market
  


• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across Install sound segment for various verticals such as corporates, hospitality, education, performance venues, and government projects
  


• Build strong influence with System Integrators, Consultants, and End-customers to secure specifications and project wins
  


• Develop a strong pipeline of projects and actively track opportunities from early-stage discussions to closure
  


• Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver winning proposals and solutions
  


• Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures to achieve targets
  

Requirements

• Freshers are eligible for this role who genuinely believe they can sell, are willing to learn fast, and are ready to put in the work
  


• Basic technical understanding of professional audio systems and installation workflows is preferred.
  


• This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel, including regular client meetings, site visits, and on-ground engagement to drive project closures
  


• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
  


• Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
  


• Highly self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
