Description

Role Purpose: Drive business loan acquisition and portfolio growth through sourcing networks within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.

Recruit, train, and manage sales executives and channel partners

Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and disbursement productivity.

Ensure adherence to credit policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.

Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and partner engagement.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Collection teams for smooth loan processing.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Drive portfolio quality and control delinquency within the assigned geography.
