Job Description - Sales Manager - Ready to Cook

We are looking for a dynamic and results -driven Sales Manager to accelerate sales growth, strengthen distribution networks, and expand market presence for our Ready -to -Cook food products.

If you have experience in FMCG sales, channel management, modern trade, and distributor development, this is an exciting opportunity to lead business growth in a fast -growing food category.

Key Responsibilities:

â Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across assigned territories

â Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, dealers, and channel partners

â Expand market presence in General Trade, Modern Trade, and Retail channels

â Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors

â Identify new business opportunities and execute market expansion strategies

â Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

â Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives

â Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews
