Job Description: SALES MANAGER REAL ESTATEThis role is a mid senior profile to join one of our exciting project and you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth.The job offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, results-oriented, and have a passion for sales and the real estate market.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and timeline. and convert them into closures with potential buyers and investors.2. Client Relationship Management: Conduct property tours and presentations and address client queries.3. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate with potential buyers and Investors to achieve optimal outcomes4. Market Analysis and Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales transactions. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to share insights, strategies, and best practices.Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably from real estate industry. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT & CRM software. Communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada is a must.
