Job description
· Daily Monitoring of sales activities in CRM and provide reports to management
· Analyse daily work reporting of sales team
· Take care of Business Development activities & competitor activities
· Maintain relationship with Existing Customers
· Do Promotional activities on social media
· Provide CRM training to new recruits
· Do additional sales activities
Qualifications
· Minimum experience of 3 years in marketing/sales domain
· Experience with managing teams is preferred
· Any Bachelor’s degree is acceptable
· Very good written and oral communication skills in English and Tamil
· Good command over Word and Excel is a must
