Pre Sales, Sales and After Sales

Documentation /Management Reports/ Internal Team Coordination

Payments and Collection

Team Building and Development

Customer Support

Negotiation, Contracting and closing contract (both Owners and Client)

Mentoring, team development and relationship building (external and internal client including brokers and owners)

Analytics and Market Study

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
10+ years’ B2B/B2C sales experience
4+ years in leadership sales position
Track record of superior performance metrics
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong decision -making abilities
Able to travel as per the need.
Familiarity with CRM software
