Sales Manager - Software products & Services

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for selling IT solutions such as digital transformation services, cloud services, AI/ML solutions, managed IT services, ERP/LMS platforms, digital content, cybersecurity, and application development. This role offers strong growth potential, performance-based incentives, and career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and IT heads
  

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions
  

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution pitches for decision-makers
  

• Collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure successful project delivery
  

• Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  

Required Skills

• Strong B2B sales experience in IT services or technology solutions
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  

• Ability to understand complex technology offerings and client requirements
  

• Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
  

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
  

• Good spoken and written English with a confident personality
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
