Job Description - Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Manager - Life Sciences
Qualifications : B Tech /BE (Chem). MBA would be an added advantage
• Experience (Ideal Candidate will be –Self starter and keen to break barriers)
•Minimum 12 years industry experience selling to the Pharmaceutical / Contract Manufacturing / Agchem industry. Experience selling excepients or various hydrogenation catalysts would be an added advantage.
•As the interface will be with both junior and senior leadership of clients, executive presence and ability to persuade and influence is highly desirable.
• Responsibilities:
New Business Development & Sales
Growth strategy: Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy and deliver CAGR growth
Meet budget objectives by managing customer, product mix, margins
Develop and implement GtM strategy
Receivables Management
Effectively resolve customer issues and queries.
Continuously capture market intelligence & monitor the new customer trends/activities.
Generate timely reports as per requirement specified
Sales planning and forecasting per Principal and business needs
Represent IMKEMEX in key industry Exhibitions, meetings, conferences to promote products / develop pipeline.

Office Hours: 9 AM – 5.30 PM. Alternate Saturdays are a half day working. (9 – 1.30)
