Sales Manager-Personal Loan-Sales

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Personal Loan Sales department. Your primary focus will be to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.


• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring they are achieved or exceeded.


• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.


• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
