Job Summary
We are looking for a detail -oriented and proactive Sales Manager who will be responsible for
managing sales data, supporting and leading the team, and ensuring accurate tracking and
reporting of all sales -related activities. The role requires a strong focus on data management
along with team coordination and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
â Handle and manage sales -related data entry with high accuracy and consistency
â Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly
â Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
â Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets
â Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
â Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
â Ensure all documentation and reporting are well -organized and up -to -date
â Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements
â Prepare and present reports to management as required
Requirements
â Must have 3–4 years of hands -on experience in warehousing sales
â Strong data management and MS Excel skills
â Good leadership and team -handling abilities
â Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
â Strong organizational and multitasking skills
â Basic understanding of sales processes and reporting
â Good communication and coordination skills
â Candidates must have their own laptop.
â Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
Qualification
â Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply
Chain, or any related field.
â 2+ years of experience in sales operations / sales coordination / team handling roles
