Sales & Marketing Executive

• Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door visits to potential customers to present and sell company products/services.
  
• Marketing Outreach: Distribute marketing materials, provide product demonstrations, and explain promotional offers.
  
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is advantageous.
  
• Experience: Previous experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Persuasion: Strong persuasive abilities with a confident and outgoing personality.
  
• Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  
• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while visiting neighborhoods and commercial areas.
