Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors.
Execute promotional activities, trade schemes, and merchandising initiatives.
Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Ensure proper display and placement of beverage products in stores.
Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
Prepare daily sales reports, route plans, and market intelligence reports.
Coordinate with merchandising and distribution teams for smooth operations.
Resolve retailer or distributor concerns promptly
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
Strong understanding of retail sales and distribution channels.
Experience handling general trade or modern trade outlets is preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work in field sales and travel extensively
Preferred Requirements
Experience in carbonated drinks, juices, energy drinks, or packaged beverages.
Local market knowledge and retailer network.
Willingness to travel.
Working Conditions
Field -based role involving daily market visits.
Six -day working week.
Travel within assigned territory required.
