SALES OFFICER
Overview
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales activities and generating business
opportunities for elevator and escalator solutions within the assigned territory. The role involves
identifying prospective customers, developing strong customer relationships, conducting site
visits, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and supporting the
end -to -end sales process. Candidates with prior experience in the Elevator/Escalator industry
will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
â Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking,
and lead generation activities.
â Promote elevator and escalator products and services to residential, commercial, industrial,
and institutional clients.
â Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and provide
suitable solutions.
â Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on customer
requirements.
â Coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed
solutions.
â Maintain regular follow -ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business
opportunities.
â Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contract conditions within organizational guidelines.
â Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
â Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business
opportunities.
â Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
â Ensure timely submission of reports related to sales activities, forecasts, and business
development initiatives.
â Support collection activities and ensure smooth coordination during project execution.
Requirements
Qualifications
â Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
â Candidates with technical educational backgrounds will have an added advantage.
Experience
â 0–3 years of experience in sales and business development activities.
â Experience in the Elevator/Escalator industry will be highly preferred.
â Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in field sales may also be
considered.

â Fresher: ₹2 – ₹2.5 LPA
