We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sales Officer in Madurai, Kumbakonam, Salem, and Chennai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Ayurvedic Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals to promote its products and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities

• Promote Ayurvedic pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, and distributors.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  
• Conduct regular product presentations and promotional activities.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
  
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
  

Required Skills

• Pharmaceutical Sales – Experience in healthcare/pharma product selling.
  
• Territory Management – Ability to manage assigned regions effectively.
  
• Communication Skills – Strong customer interaction and presentation skills.
  
• Negotiation Skills – Ability to close sales and maintain client relationships.
  
• Customer Relationship Management – Build long -term business partnerships.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Ayurvedic product sales.
  
• Distributor handling experience.
  
• Knowledge of CRM software.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates with prior Pharma or Sales experience are preferred. Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical field sales will be an added advantage.

Education

• Minimum: Any Graduation
  
• Preferred: MBA (Marketing) (Typical)
  
• Additional Certifications: Sales & Marketing Certifications (Typical)
