Job Description - Sales Officer

Key Roles:  Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff  Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document  Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.  Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.  Build long term relationship with the bank staff. Eligibility Qualifications:  Age between 21 – 35 yrs  Graduation / Post Graduation  1 Year plus Sales Experience in Insurance/Any sales Industry preferred  Good Communication Skills.  Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.  Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude  High on Honesty and Integrity  Ready to Stretch and Achieve. Ready to travel. Skillset Required: SALES, INSURANCE, BANKING, NBFC, BFSI, COMMUNICATION, INSURANCE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, RELATIONSHP MANAGER
