Sales Officer _Job Description

Primary Objective: Drive business growth within the designated territory by leveraging strong connections in the field and effectively selling company products/services to targeted customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to reach and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Achieve Daily, monthly and quarterly sales & collections targets as assigned.
• Independently generate new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with the Team Lead Sales In charge by submitting daily call reports.
• Continuously expand and nurture the client database within the assigned territory.
• Must ensure all the merchants coming under their territory uses IppoPay QR for business.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Track record of over-achieving quota in previous roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven individuals are preferred.
• Any degree qualification is acceptable.

Compensation Range:

• From 1.8 to 2.4 LPA + Travel allowance + Performance Based Incentives
