* Bank Relationship Management
Foster and maintain effective working relationships with partner banks, facilitating collaborative business development and joint customer engagement.
* Balance Transfer Management
Oversee the end-to-end execution of gold loan balance transfers — from case initiation and fund disbursement to coordination with banking personnel and timely fund settlements.
Requirements
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate is a motivated and result-oriented sales professional with 1–3 years of field experience, preferably in gold loans, financial services, NBFCs, or microfinance.
* Candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships in local markets.
* A working knowledge of gold evaluation, KYC procedures, and loan documentation is highly desirable.
* Local language fluency and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role.
* Familiarity with local geography and the ability to travel extensively within assigned territory. (Bike & Driving License Mandatory)
