Job Description: Sales Executive - Food and Beverages Industry

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a background in the Food and Beverages industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing General Trade stores, visiting stores for order taking, and liaising with distributors for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

General Trade Experience: Leverage your expertise in managing General Trade stores to drive sales and achieve targets.
Store Visits and Order Taking: Regularly visit stores for order taking, ensuring strong relationships and continuous product availability.
Distributor Management: Collaborate with distributors to enhance primary and secondary sales, ensuring product distribution and availability across the market.
Sales Execution: Implement effective sales strategies for both primary and secondary sales, driving revenue growth and market penetration.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Food and Beverages industry, specifically within premium or semi-premium products.
Market Knowledge: Extensive experience working in the South Delhi market. The candidate should reside in or near South Delhi to effectively manage this territory.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive compensation package as per industry standards.
Travel Allowance: TA-DA of 200 rupees per working day.
Health Insurance: Coverage of 5 Lakhs.
