Job Description - Sales Operation



SALES Ops - EAM360

 

As a member of the EAM360 team (one of the divisions in SEDIN), you will be responsible for the development and maintenance. You will be working with other consultants and developers on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

 

🌍 Where you’ll do it: This role is hybrid (based out of Chennai)

 

👩‍💻 Reporting to: Arul Murugan, Managing Partner/ Co-Founder , EAM360.

Job Role

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Assist in lead management and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
  • Support the implementation of sales processes and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system and ensure data hygiene.
  • Prepare basic sales performance reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams for smooth lead handover.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking activities, and updating internal systems.
  • Research competitors and provide insights for app-based sales strategies.
  • Track app performance metrics related to sales goals.
