Job Description - Sales Operation Manager

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Operations team by setting clear goals, providing regular  feedback, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance. 
  • Own end -to -end Sales Operations, including data quality, CRM hygiene, and tool management  (Zoho CRM, Bigin, Zoho Desk, Zoho Connect). 
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates (deal stages), mandatory fields compliance, source  tagging, deal transfers, and shared ownership tracking. 
  • Monitor and eliminate duplicate accounts/deals; enforce data governance standards and  weekly audits. 
  • Drive weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting cadence with sales leadership. 
  • Prepare and circulate WSR (Weekly Sales Report), Weekly Review Deck, and support QBR  (Quarterly Business Review) and ABR (Annual Business Review) reporting with accurate data  freeze timelines. 
  • Manage incentive planning, target projections, and quarterly payout data validation in  coordination with Finance and Sales Managers. 
  • Oversee sales tech stack access, implementation, and optimization (Sales Navigator, Walaxy,  Lusha, Contabo, Fireflies, etc.). 
  • Build dashboards and analytical reports using Zoho Reports and Google Sheets to identify  trends, pipeline health, and revenue opportunities. 
  • Collaborate cross -functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, TLs, and Finance to ensure  process alignment and automation workflows. 
  • Support CRM and tools onboarding training for new hires and ensure continuous process  improvement. 
  • Maintain audit logs, enforce role -based access controls, and ensure compliance with data retention and documentation standards.



Requirements


● 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations. 
● Strong hands -on experience with Zoho CRM is a must, and proficiency in Google Sheets /  Excel. 
● Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross -functional  teams.
