Sales Operations Analyst Quota Management

Analyze sales data to recommend process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare detailed reports for management review. Handle complex customer inquiries and provide solutions. Mentor junior analysts and guide their professional growth. Supports execution and maintenance of quota processes for the Large Enterprise/GSA/SMB segment using Salesforce and BI reporting tools. Provides analytical and operational support for quota deployment, attainment tracking, and governance. Validate quota inputs and calculations for segment accounts. Ensure alignment between territories, accounts, and quotas. Manage quota letters/communications, SLA for issuance, tracking of acknowledgments Troubleshoot quota/dispute issues (seller appeals, error in assignments, alignment questions) and drive resolution Support attainment reporting and mid-cycle adjustments using BI tools. Maintain documentation and audit trails for quota changes. Provide performance insights and variance analysis for leadership reviews. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Analytical Precision using Salesforce data and BI dashboards. Process Adherence and governance. Communication clarity with leadership. Data accuracy and validation skills.
