Sales Operations Manager

JOBDISCRIPTION

The Sales OperationsManager will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency andeffectiveness of our sales team. This role will be responsible foroverseeing sales processes managing sales data managing the salesfunnel streamlining the sales process overseeing sales automationtools and leading sales operationsteam.

KeyResponsibilities

DevelopStreamline and Optimize the Sales Process: Regularly evaluate andenhance the efficacy of the sales process identifying areas thatcould be costing valuable deals and implementing solutions to keepthe sales process in top shape.

Oversee the SalesFunnel: Track conversion rates through each stage of the salesfunnel analyze data to make sound recommendations for improvementand identify sticking points that impact salesvelocity.

Select Implement and Manage SalesAutomation Tools: Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools byevaluating and optimizing the usage of current tools and managingthe implementation of new sales automationsystems.

Manage CRM Data: Oversee the CRM systemto ensure data is uptodate consistent and optimized for the teamsuse including managing contact lists setting up automations andmanaging custom fields and data.

Perform SalesForecasting: Manage forecasting and data analysis to provideinsight into the teams performance and the sales quota they areworking towards sharing this information with the team andstakeholders to maintain alignment on key performanceindicators.

Work with Sales Leadership to DevelopOrganizational Goals: Provide datadriven input on futureorganizational goals informing compensation decisions and futuresales targets.

Lead a Team of Sales OperationsProfessionals: When required lead a team of sales operationsanalysts overseeing their activities to ensure all responsibilitiesrelated to sales operations are efficientlymanaged.
