Service Description:
• Develop and deliver leader ready Outlook email communications using approved corporate branding and templates, based on requests from the Chief of Staff or designated stakeholders.
• Aggregate, edit, and standardize inputs from multiple sources into monthly newsletter content or Viva Engage posts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and executive tone.
• Provide on demand drafting and editorial support for internal and external communications on behalf of the Chief of Staff.
• Ensure all content meets established brand guidelines, quality standards, and accuracy requirements prior to release.
