Job Description - Sales Representative

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Location: Gurugram

JobType: full-time

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to accelerate revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing customers for advanced technology and SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, on-site environment, enjoys consultative selling, and takes full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand business challenges and position solution-oriented offerings.
  • Drive consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Convert both inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers using consultative sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and activity tracking using CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio, pricing models, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and performance insights.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong ability to handle the full sales cycle, including lead generation, objection handling, and closing high-value deals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles, product positioning, and value-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers across diverse industries.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in high-growth, target-driven environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Bonus: Exposure to startup or scaling organizations and familiarity with modern Go-To-Market strategies.
