Job Description - Sales Representative II Acute care & Monitoring Kolkata.

Territory Manager should be able to manages sales within his defined regional territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the Acute care & Monitoring products & representing the organisation in accordance with its policies.



A Day in the Life

·Achievement of volume objectives along with achievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers.

·Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the area.

·Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data.

·Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.

·Ensure effective adequate territorial coverage as per divisional standards of costumers

·Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs while keeping Medtronic policies in mind.

Ensure effective distribution by proper dealer management, operations, strategies & inputs. Also ensure that channel compliance towards Medtronic policies are completely adhered. Ensure that DSO, POC etc are maintained as per guidelines.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

·Bachelor in / Engineering / Science

·Minimum 3-6 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Devices Selling is Mandatory

·Experience of Distribution Management

·Willing to travel extensively.


Nice to Have

Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.

·Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc

·Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges

·Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.

·Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results
