Job Description:

Maintaining a good relationship with their customers. Candidate should have thorough knowledge of each of above geographical territory. Contacts with Direct Exporters and Importers only. Able to sell all products – Ocean and Air, Mode LCL and FC, Verticals Imports and Exports. Should be able to adapt to current shipping line booking and space scenario. Must possess excellent communication skills, should be self-driven, passionate, and highly motivated. Good at negotiation who does solution-based selling, knowledge of systems, preparing sales plan, etc. Prompt in reporting and meeting the deadlines. Aggressive go getter who accepts challenges in meeting sales targets. Must have knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearance. Achieving sales targets given by the organisation and should be able to achieve a minimum of 3 times of the CTC. Willing to travel to branches in the region as per our requirement. Will be responsible for branch performance and revenue generation. Ensure branch targets in the region are met as per company requirements.
