Position Summary:

Grade - 8

What your main responsibilities are:

The incumbent will be supporting customer segmentation, compensation workings & query resolution and sales business process alignment across the MEISA region. This role involves close collaboration with regional and country sales teams, analysts, and leadership to ensure timely and accurate implementation of business frameworks.

  • Lead customer segmentation exercises based on defined country-specific and sales channel business rules.
  • Collaborate with regional sales coordinators, sales teams, and leadership to gather inputs, align on business frameworks, and implement recommended changes.
  • Update and manage internal systems to reflect business rule changes accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Develop, maintain, and circulate standardized templates to support business needs and ensure consistency in implementation.
  • Serve as a coordination point across countries and analysts in the MEISA region, facilitating smooth information flow and execution.
  • Engage with regional and country Managing Directors to gather strategic inputs and drive the implementation of key business changes.
  • Support the implementation and operational execution of compensation and incentive plans across the organization

  • Minimum Education B.Tech, MBA or any equivalent degree/diploma
  • Minimum Experience : 4 years in sales planning and analysis
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Proven expertise in influencing, persuading, negotiating and decision making
    • Strong in written & verbal communication
    • Comfortable networking with anyone both with in India and across the globe
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel , MS PowerPoint, SQL query and comfortable working with proprietary systems
