Sales Specialist

You will be working as Sales Specialist and will be part of Motion business for IEC LV Motors division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Front End Sales - Team Lead and will be responsible for performing various marketing analyses to enable marketing strategy development for existing and potential products, systems or services.

Your role and responsibilities:-

• Collecting data and providing sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to market and local or country trends.
• Participating with management to contribute to strategic plans definition and supports relevant implementation Preparing analyses of internal sales, technical and financial data and external market data.
• Interpreting resulting data and makes recommendations to marketing and sales management Informing management of market research and analysis results that identify existing gaps or new opportunities for growth.
• Extracting and analyzing data from sales or financial tools to measure effectiveness of current marketing activities and provides updates to management Assisting in the development of marketing tools to support marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications for the role:-

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Electrical or Mechanical with 5 to 7 years’ experience of motors business.
• Good to have sales experience, A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
• High level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies, A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
