Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management: Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present suitable product solutions.
Sales Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge to effectively respond to customer queries and concerns.
CRM Utilization: Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and support campaign initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales with a proven cold calling track record
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
