Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Support Executive

1. Customer Assistance:

â Respond to customer inquiries on Indiamart promptly and professionally.

â Provide information about products/services, pricing, and terms.

â Assist customers in navigating the Indiamart platform and address any concerns.

2. Order Processing:

â Manage and process customer orders received through Indiamart.

â Ensure accurate entry of order details and coordinate with relevant departments.

â Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers.

3. Product Knowledge:

â Stay informed about the products/services offered on Indiamart.

â Provide detailed and accurate information to customers to aid in their purchasing decisions.

4. Documentation:

â Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

â Generate reports as required and share insights for continuous improvement.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

â Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

â Monitor customer reviews and ratings on Indiamart and take necessary actions for improvement
