L2 Support (User & System Administration): Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, resolving L2-level issues related to login, access, reports, and minor configurations. Handle security & user management, including profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules. Manage data imports, deduplication, and basic data integrity checks. Troubleshoot reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes. Assist in testing and deploying Salesforce updates/releases. L3 Support (Technical Troubleshooting & Minor Development): Analyze and resolve L3-level technical issues, including Apex errors, integrations, and performance bottlenecks. Debug and optimize Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Work on API troubleshooting, including REST/SOAP integrations, MuleSoft, and middleware systems. Collaborate with developers and architects on bug fixes, code optimizations, and deployments. Support Salesforce Release Management, ensuring seamless updates with minimal impact on business operations. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with business users, developers, and IT teams to resolve incidents and improve system efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and best practices. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for users and junior team members. 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration & Development. Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform Developer I (PDI) certification required. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, validation rules, reports, dashboards). Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Experience in API troubleshooting, integrations, and debugging (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, or middleware tools). Hands-on experience with Salesforce security models, profiles, and permissions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle critical production issues. Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and version control (Git, Bitbucket). Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, SFDX, and Deployment Tools. Familiarity with Service Cloud or Sales Cloud support.
