Strong understanding of AI-driven revenue workflows using Agentforce, including autonomous agent configuration and revenue process automation.
Experience implementing and configuring Revenue Cloud Advanced across the revenue lifecycle, including quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Agentforce and Revenue Cloud solutions.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and its integration with Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce data models, Flows, and standard/custom objects related to revenue and billing operations.
Experience collaborating with Finance, Sales Operations, and IT stakeholders to align revenue processes with business objectives.
Experience supporting UAT, data migration, deployment, and go-live activities for ARM/RCA implementations.
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to agent workflows, billing rules, revenue schedules, and revenue recognition.
Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom development to extend ARM/RCA functionality.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and document functional and technical solutions.
