In this pivotal role, you will spearhead innovation and transformation, utilizing advanced technologies to design and implement solutions that elevate industry standards. As a senior leader, you will provide technical guidance across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Financial Cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of business operations. Your expertise in Agent Force, coupled with proficiency in AI-driven tools and prompt engineering, will be critical in delivering scalable, intelligent solutions that enable cross-functional teams and drive organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy sophisticated solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales, Service, and Financial Cloud platforms, demonstrating deep expertise in customization, integration, and platform optimization.
• Lead the customization and implementation of Agent Force within Salesforce, driving efficient workflow automation and process enhancements to maximize sales and marketing productivity.
• Apply practical hands-on AI experience and prompt engineering skills to develop intelligent solutions that enhance Salesforce-driven data analysis, reporting, and product performance; AI expertise is a strong asset for this role.
• Partner with senior engineers and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for technical innovation, troubleshoot complex Salesforce challenges, and advance organizational goals.
• Manage the seamless integration of Salesforce platforms with external data sources, APIs, and cloud connectors, ensuring robust data integrity and generating actionable business insights.
• Continuously monitor and optimize sales and service automation within Salesforce employing AI-driven enhancements to foster ongoing operational excellence.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce and AI technology advancements, evaluating their relevance and implementing strategic updates to maximize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience designing, developing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions, with an emphasis on Sales, Service, and Financial Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience with Agent Force, including customizing workflows and automating tasks. Skilled in AI technologies and prompt engineering, with practical integration of AI into Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant
• Certifications in AI technologies, prompt engineering, or related fields
