Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with 12+ years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, solution design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in designing scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Custom Applications
  

• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions using Salesforce best practices
  

• Guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring code and design quality
  

• Define data models, integration patterns, and governance standards for Salesforce solutions
  

• Design integration architecture using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL platforms
  

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Salesforce developers and admins
  

• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange solutions
  

• Perform code reviews, ensure DevOps CI/CD processes are followed
  

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience with 7+ years on Salesforce platform
  

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and limits
  

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL
  

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems
  

• Solid knowledge of Salesforce security model, data sharing rules, and governance
  

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins
  

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, API Management, and Testing strategies
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications:
  

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
    

  • Application Architect or System Architect
    

  • Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer, etc.
    

• Experience in Agile methodologies
  

• Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
  

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
