Job Overview:

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our Sales, Marketing and Management Team.

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.


• Define and document architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.


• Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and solutions.


• Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.


• Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.


• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture, including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.


• Offer creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.


• Provide industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.


• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.


• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.


• Proven experience with the configuration/administration of Salesforce Service Cloud


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
