Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Architect with Agentforce  to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful execution of key projects while supporting the overall growth and efficiency of the organization.

Requisites:  

12+ years of Salesforce experience, including Solution/Technical Architecture.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and AI agent implementation.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and AI/LLM-based applications.
Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure system reliability.


• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.


• Document technical designs, processes, and system architectures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• Proven experience in software development using languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.


• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.


• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).


• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.


• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.


• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
