Salesforce Architect - SFDC Sales Cloud

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Analytics Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust analytics solutions within our organization's Salesforce ecosystem.

The Salesforce Analytics Architect will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making by leveraging the power of Salesforce Analytics platforms such as Einstein Analytics (formerly known as Salesforce Wave Analytics). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce Analytics, coupled with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Analytics solutions.

2. Architect end-to-end analytics solutions leveraging Salesforce Analytics platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

3. Design data models, dashboards, lenses, and datasets within Einstein Analytics to provide actionable insights and drive business value.

4. Lead the implementation of Salesforce Analytics projects, including data ingestion, transformation, and visualization.

5. Develop custom analytics applications using Einstein Analytics APIs, SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), and other development tools.

6. Integrate Salesforce Analytics with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external data sources to create comprehensive analytical solutions.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

8. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Salesforce Analytics solutions to enhance scalability and usability.

9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Salesforce Analytics best practices, design patterns, and development techniques.

10. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Analytics features, releases, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

11. Drive the adoption of Salesforce Analytics across the organization by conducting training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant or Salesforce Certified Analytics Architect strongly preferred.

3. Proven experience (7+ years) as a Salesforce Analytics, with a track record of successful analytics implementations and integrations.

4. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Analytics platforms, including Einstein Analytics (Wave Analytics), Einstein Discovery, and Tableau CRM.

5. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data visualization best practices, and statistical analysis techniques.

6. Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics development tools, including SAQL, JSON, and the Salesforce Analytics API.

7. Familiarity with Salesforce data architecture, including data relationships, object modeling, and security considerations.

8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.

9. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

10. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and natural language processing.

2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

3. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
