Role Description

We are looking for a motivated
fresher to join our Salesforce practice and build a career in the Salesforce
ecosystem. This role offers hands -on exposure to CRM implementations, business
processes, and cloud technologies while working alongside experienced
consultants and developers.

Job Location – Pune

Key Responsibilities

Learn Salesforce fundamentals including Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, and platform capabilities
Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and
solution design
Support configuration activities such as objects,
fields, workflows, and reports
Participate in testing (UAT), data validation, and
deployment support
Collaborate with cross -functional teams including
business, QA, and technical teams
Provide basic user support and troubleshoot issues
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and
best practices

Requirements

Basic understanding
of CRM concepts and business processes
Strong analytical and
problem -solving skills
Good communication
and documentation abilities
Willingness to learn
cloud technologies and certifications
Familiarity with
Excel and basic data handling

Good to Have

Exposure to
Salesforce (Trailhead, internships, certifications)
Basic knowledge of
APIs or integrations
Understanding of
databases or programming fundamentals
