Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Automation Engineer who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications, particularly within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Lightning components. This role focuses on automating validation processes to accelerate testing cycles, reduce manual effort, and improve overall product quality. The engineer bridges business requirements with automated technical validation, safeguarding that Salesforce solutions deliver consistent value to end-users and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze business and functional requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
2. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate Salesforce requirements into automated test scenarios.
3. Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations using automation frameworks.
4. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through automated validation of Salesforce objects, reports, and dashboards.
6. Participate in release management processes, ensuring smooth deployment of Salesforce updates.
7. Provide regular and clear communication regarding test status, risks, and mitigation plans to project stakeholders.
8. Stay updated on latest Salesforce releases, enhancements, and industry best practices.

• Salesforce CRM Application Expert
• Salesforce FSC & Lightning Components Expert
• Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench Strong
• Salesforce data models, security models, and metadata configurations Strong
• QA Testing process Strong
• Problem Solving and Analytical Skills Expert
• Automation Frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or similar) integrated with Salesforce Expert

Preferred Skills

Experience with Java is a deal breaker for this role.

Qualifications

Relevant certifications and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices are preferred.
