Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst

• Strong expertise in:

Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture
• Experience in BRD, FRD, user stories, and process mapping
• Knowledge of workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
